Please note: If you plan to book a 3rd night in anticipation of a snow day, here is the hotel’s policy: If you cancel up to 7 days in advance (seeing a clear forecast), you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, if you feel more comfortable, you can book a 3rd night closer to the show, as they do not expect a sell-out at that time of year. However, please note that they cannot guarantee a room without a reservation.

Exhibitor Load-In

March 2, 2024 | By Booth Location

Load-in is Saturday, March 2nd, 2024.


  • Exhibitors whos booths are located in The Seacrest Ballroom (upstairs) can begin load-in from 9:00am - 11:00pm on Saturday, March 2, 2024.

  • Exhibitors whos booths are located in The Nauset Ballroom (downstairs) can begin load-in from 11:00am - 11:00pm on Saturday, March 2, 2024.


Please take note: there will be no load-in available on Friday, March 1st. 2024 as there was in previous years. Do not block the load-in entrances. Once you have unloaded your vehicle, move it to a perimeter parking space to make room for other exhibitors. Vehicles left unattended will be noted and possibly fined. View a map of the load-in entrances here.

Exhibitor Load-Out

March 4, 2024 | 5:30pm - 11:00pm

Load-out is directly following the close of the show on Monday, March 4th, from 5:30pm - 11:00pm. Please note, early packing and/or loading out is strictly prohibited. Event management will take note of those not adhering to this policy. Exhibitors violating this rule will not be eligible to participate in future Cape Cod & Islands shows. Please have respect for your fellow exhibitors and buyers who may still be shopping.


Please refer to the online floorplan for your booth location and size. All booths include:


8’ high back wall drape (drape color: white)

3’ high side wall drape (drape color: white)

(1) 8’ skirted table (skirt color: white)

(2) Folding chairs

(1) Electrical outlet

(1) Wastebasket

(1) Booth ID sign


If you plan to have lighting in your booth (recommended), you need to ensure that they are LED lights only. The hotel cannot handle the load of regular lighting and if your lighting is not LED, you could trip the circuit, causing lights to flicker, or go out, for multiple parts of the show. Don't be that guy - make sure your lighting is LED.

Please note: Show management reserves the right to change any and all parts of this policy, at any moment, regardless of previous policy statements and/or policy posts to other websites, registration pages or other CCIGS sponsored/created materials.

At this time, we are following guidelines set by the Massachusetts CDC. While we are not requiring proof of vaccination status and mask wearing at this time, this policy is subject to change at any moment. Please do not attend if you do not feel well.
