COVID POLICY (as of 1.11.2022)
Please note: Show management reserves the right to change any and all parts of this policy, at any moment, regardless of previous policy statements and/or policy posts to other websites, registration pages or other CCIGS sponsored/created materials.
Properly fitted face masks/face coverings, covering both the nose and mouth, are required for entry to the Cape Cod & Islands Gift Show and must be worn at all times, except when eating or drinking. No exceptions.
Covid-19 Policy: Please note that the coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly by person-to-person contact. The Cape Cod & Islands Gift Show (CCIGS) will require as a condition of in-person attendance that all attendees, exhibitors, show and venue staff and all other individuals at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel or other indoor venues utilized in conjunction with the Cape Cod & Islands Gift Show comply with Massachusetts CDC and venue prevention measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. In the event the Massachusetts CDC alters such preventive measures due to changed circumstances, the Cape Cod & Islands Gift Show will adjust its requirements accordingly. As of January 11, 2022, these measures shall include, at a minimum, that all such attendees wear properly fitted face masks covering both the nose and mouth while indoors at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel (other than while eating or drinking in the hotel's restaurant spaces).
Neither the Cape Cod & Islands Gift Show or the Sea Crest Beach Hotel, nor their respective employees, agents, volunteers or representatives assume liability of any kind arising out of any harm, illness or injury due to any exposure to and/or infection by COVID-19 that you or any individuals in your party may incur as a result of or in relation to attending the Cape Cod & Islands Gift Show; all such risks are assumed by individual attendees. By attending this event you agree to assume full liability for any such risks incurred before, during and after the event and agree to comply with the prevention measures as set forth above. These decisions have been made to help keep our community safe and to allow for an in-person Cape Cod & Islands Gift Show.
Please refer to the online floorplan for your booth location and size. All booths include:
8’ high back wall drape (drape color: silver)
3’ high side wall drape (drape color: silver)
(1) 8’ skirted table (skirt color: white)
(2) Folding chairs
(1) Electrical outlet
(1) Booth ID sign
If you plan to have lighting in your booth (recommended), you need to ensure that they are LED lights only. The hotel cannot handle the load of regular lighting and if your lighting is not LED, you could trip the circuit, causing lights to flicker, or go out, for multiple parts of the show. Don't be that guy - make sure your lighting is LED.
